Went there today for the first time and it did not disappoint! FYI, Brunch menu used on wknds during lunch time. The food itself? next level plant-based cuisine. Innovative use of yuba in the shawarma bowl, unfathomably crispyeggplant fries that somehow maintain a molten center despite their crunchy exterior, and to top it off, the lovely girl workingthe counter threw in an almond cheesecake I can only accurately describe as creamy divinity. Littleburg is a hidden treasure in the heart of Union Square! I?m not vegan but I do have a lifetime?s worth of experience... eating gyros, so my standards are high.
