I would give them 10 stars if I could! It was my first time truly enjoying a full meal since developing my many food allergies... and the staff did everything in their power to provide me with the most scrumptious mocktails, starters and mains!! What an absolute neighborhood gem. Wonderful space/ambience. Staff is over the top with courtesy and knowledge. Food was timed... perfectly despite being there on a Saturday at peak time. The kitchen had it all under control and the servers made sureeverything got where it was going on time. Speaking of the food...WOW....such a unique menu and very blatantly designed by achef with years of education and experience. Each dish was a combination of opposing flavors which came together to create aperfect harmony. You don't create these type of dishes by chance...there is some serious skill in the kitchen at Fat Hen. Winelist was superb, signature cocktails looked amazing but the wine list honestly spoke to clearly to my heart that I had to optfor a paired four course dinner. I was not disappointed.
