Nearly out of any pastries when I visited and didn't have the frozen drinks. Seems like they just didn't want to make more or... clean the blenders. Not the best Dunkin or the best pastry or coffee shop. Read more

Wonderful folks behind the counter. If you go in here, REMEMBER YOUR MANNERS!! Just cuz they make a mean cup of coffee, doesn't... mean you should forget your respect for these people at the door! Read more

They have a no mask, no serve policy. I feel like the minimum they can do is offer a mask!

Placed an order online via the app for pick-up with only 4 items--2 drinks, a warmed cheddar bagel twist, and a random donut.... Only 1 out of my 4 items was correct. At pick-up, there was just one drink. I showed them my order and asked if they were stillworking on the rest of my items, and it was clear they just forgot and needed me to show them the order again. They then gaveme the other drink and walked away. Drink wasn't made right, and I still didn't have the donut or bagel twist. When I "excuseme"-ed and asked again, the worker was visibly annoyed to have to deal with me. I should have called it quits at this point, but as soon as I got the bagel twist, I had to ask for a correction to my order for the 3rd time--this time to warm my bagel, showing them that the order in the app specifically had the warmed option selected. (It's not like I went out of my way to askfor it to be warmed in some sort of special instructions or anything; it was a standard option that I was prompted to selectfrom for this item!) The woker was extremely rude as if I was being difficult by politely asking for my order to be completedas it was ordered. I really enjoyed the hot cheesy bagel twist in the end though. Read more

Travis at the DD on Broadway in Winter Hill, Somerville, MA, made a stupendous non-dairy ice latte! I usually don't go to... Dunk's anymore because I need non-dairy creamer now. A while back they added almond milk to the menu, but it often doesn't fullyincorporate with the coffee (especially hot coffee), and DD baristas usually don't use enough (or maybe the brand they use isless creamy than others), so it ends up like coffee water with a hint of almond. Gross. I stopped at a location inside a MBTAstation recently and saw DD had added oat milk, so I tried it. It was better, but still somehow too watery and not very creamy, which doesn't match up with my personal experience with oat milk. Still not my favorite anyway (I most prefer coconut milk, which many Starbuck's locations now offer, because it mixes well iced or hot, has a small amount of natural sweetness, iscreamy, and tastes really good, and that's also what I use at home). Today, I was a little annoyed that I had to run animportant, last-minute, stupid errand on my scooter in the rain when I was supposed be studying. I'm new in town and have neverbeen to this neighborhood. I saw the tell-tale orange awning in the distance and knew there was a Dunk's ahead, so I rolled overto grab some "study motivation" - coffee and doughnuts - on my way home. I ordered my ice latte with oat milk and pumpkin spicesyrup, but I wasn't expecting much given my past experiences with DD and non-dairy drinks. However, I was most pleasantlysurprised when I walked outside, lowered my mask, and took a sip - it was creamy! I took a few more small sips to makecompletely sure this wasn't half & half or something lol. Definitely oat milk. I had to go back inside and ask the kid's name soI could give him this honorable mention. Made my day, and I felt almost euphoric on my rainy, one-handed scoot home while Isucked down my drink happily. Good, friendly customer service too, by the way. Thanks Travis! Read more
