Yet another understaffed Dunkin? that prioritizes mobile orders over in-person customers. Line of 10+ people at 9am on a... Saturday morning, people leaving out of frustration. Employees are forced to deal with impatient customers because mgmt won?thire enough staff. Read more
Only 1 star since the frozen chocolate was yummy but otherwise they told us once inside that is was "no mask no service" even... though there is currently no mandatory postings about wearing a mask. It's only advised and we get that and we are also fullyvaccinated not the point though. There was no sign saying this store (302673) in particular needed customers to wear a mask toreceive service.
