Just experienced casual racism in this Dunkin? Donuts. I came to the counter and was about to order when I received a call from... my doctor. I stepped aside and went to the back of the store to take this important call. Meanwhile a black couple came in andtried to order. The woman refused to take their order and said she would only take their order after she took mine. I told herthat I was busy on the phone and to please take their order first. She refused and said my order should be taken first. At thispoint the couple decided to leave as it was clear she had no intention of taking their order. The woman working here should not be in customer service. We didn?t see that the drink we ordered came with whipped cream. I... have a dairy allergy. Popped in quick for a coffee and also ended up getting their new egg bites. The woman working was solo and an absolute... SWEETHEART. The coffee was burnt, but that's the general norm for me with Dunks. The egg bites however were DELISH- definitelycompetition for Starbucks. Read more
