Love Diesel so much! The new inside make it my favorite local coffee stop by far. All of the coffee is great, and the sandwiches... are to die for. Plenty of space to work, read, or catch up with someone! And the atmosphere is lively but not over-crowded ortoo loud. Try the seasonal lattes, and any of the sandwiches, and make sure to order it with focaccia! Read more
Big space. Bigger than I expected. But also pretty busy on a Sunday brunch time. Chai was decent but took a while to come out.... It was busy though so that's not a con in my opinion. I?ll preface that the coffee is good and the shop has a great atmosphere but there are some issues with the self-serve ordering... system. Most coffee shops triage the orders so if you have a quick order like a drip coffee you get it right away but with thisordering system having no cashier you have to wait behind the whole queue of specialty drinks and large groups even if yourorder takes only a few seconds to fulfill. After the renovation, this is one of the best coffee shops around, there is a great atmosphere for doing work or grabbing a... drink with a friend. Plenty of places to sit! And major plus is the high quality coffee and croissants. Highly recommend the hamand cheese. Read more
I think this is a new cafe, if the glimmering interior is any indication! The space is VERY large and long, with a variety of... tables, booths, and chairs for lounging. Halfway down the store is even an ice cream stand. Most of the people here are young,probably no one over 40 in the whole place. There are a bunch of people using laptops, so I would imagine the Wi-Fi connectionis decent. At the counter they also have a few shelves of gifts, some of them quite novel. They also have a ?photo booth?machine to create memories with your friends! They seem to be a bit understaffed though, as I ordered a smoothie beforestarting this review and am still waiting for it. I just got it, and it?s delicious! Great staff and costumers! Great music and general vibes, also very vegan friendly menu! Only con is there's not enough outlets... so if you're planning on doing work here for extended amounts of time might want to bring a portable charger bank. Read more
