The pros: wonderful ambiance, delicious pastries and sandwiches, friendly staff. Delicious sourdough bagels The cons: only one... computer to order from with occasional counter staff taking orders. On Saturdays you might have to order 20 minutes just to geta coffee. The coffee drinks are not very good, either unflavored, or watery. Gutted their teas don't come in a tea pot. $5 for asmall tea mug with no options for a hot water refill. Would like to see some Forge breads on sale at Bloc Cafe. Why can'tinclude the breads with the bagels, which also come from Forge. No weekend pastry specials. One can get bored of the samepastries, which are some how limited. 4-5 types of pastries, same every day. Not too much diversity. Overall impression is thatis a place with great potential, but poorly managed. Some problems are easy fix, but they don't seem to care. Great food and drinks. The space is nice for sitting and chilling out. It can get a bit loud, so maybe not the best if you are... looking for a quiet experience. Unfortunately if it gets really busy, it may take them some time to get your order, but if youhave time to kill, it's worth it. Read more

The atmosphere was super cute with lots of plants and cool rooms with old vault doors. The pallet breakfast sandwich and avocado... toast were quite tasty! I love the outdoor patio! This place has a lot of different options for seating and various chair arrangements around the cafe... (for meetings friends or work). It?s a place I?ve been looking for for a while! I can see it becoming my cozy coffee place! Wehad coffee and sandwiches and they were great! The staff are friendly and nice as well! Read more
Café has a beautiful and open atmosphere, lots of table seating, and free wifi, making it a great place to work. Unfortunately... the iced mocha latte I got wasn?t great, tasted medicinal and left a jägermeister-like aftertaste in the back of my throat. Read more
