Best Indonesian Restaurant near Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Massachusetts. The taste was also on point, delicious and... taste homemade. There are lots of variety of food choices. Recommend lontong sayur, nasi pecel, ayam kalasan, ayam kremes, nasibungkus, etc. The owner, Tasya & Marcus, are very nice and their kids when they helped. I cannot properly put into words just how delicious Tasya's Kitchen is. I came here with a classmate from Indonesia. He claims... this is the best Indonesian food he has had outside of Indonesia. We drove nearly two hours for this meal and I would do itagain in a heartbeat. We had the Mie Bakso- a noodle soup with some of the most amazing broth I have ever tasted, Nasi AyamKremes- some of the most crispy fried chicken I have ever eaten which was seasoned to perfection, Sate Ayam- a deliciouslytender chicken skewer with a wonderful char, among many other amazing dishes. The star of the show however, was the Pempek- acrispy fried fish cake accompanied by a sweet and spicy tamarind sauce. It was one of the most uniquely delicious flavors I haveever tasted. The staff was some of the most down to earth, and grateful people I have ever met. I will most certainly come back.This was one of the most special experiences I have had in a restaurant in my life.
