The food was good, the service was good, the staff were polite and friendly. My only two complaints are being given a packet of... ranch salad dressing for dipping sauce on my poppers and the prices were a little high for what we got. All in all though, itwas good food and a good experience. I will eat there again. Read more

Got there just after they opened on a weekday. Ordered a Pastrami Reuben with onion rings and a soda. Staff was attentive,... prompt, and polite. Nice but not invasive. I sat in the dining room and my food was ready in 10 minutes. My Sandwich was aperfect portion and my onion rings were delicious. Came with, what I would call, a "thimble of coleslaw" that I didn't evenbother with. That's my only complaint. Don't give me a tease of coleslaw. Give me a 3oz rather then a 1oz and it would beperfect. All and all it was a good experience. Read more

Trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt, they continuously get the orders incorrect. When I called back to tell... them, it doesn't seem they care too much. But rather speak to customers like they are garbage. The lady I just spoke to, wasVery unprofessional as she hung up the phone on me while I was still talking with her. I have given this place many chances asthe food quality was decent. I always tip between 20%-25%, whoever this bad seed is, it really is reflecting poorly on thisbusiness. I called back to get this corrected and treated like dirt from little miss attitude. I will be glad to give all mybusiness to the much better always amazing villa pizza right next door the only pizza place I recommend in the area. To all thecooks you do a great job. Our first visit and will definitely be our last. We ordered a side of onion rings and a large pepperoni pizza. When the rings... arrived we were flabbergasted. Almost $7.00 and there were approximately 10 small cold rings, out of a frozen bag. The pizza wasless than average, having a scarcity of pepperoni and tasteless crust. I did let the server know of our dissatisfaction but itfell on deaf ears. Being from NYC you tend to have high standards for pizza. Let?s start by saying they need to upgrade their phone system because... it took them 3 times to get my order right. The pizza was bland and the mozzarella sticks had a fishy taste and were to hard tobite into. The great thing was the person who delivered it, had a credit card machine on them and was super sweet. Online order with no indication of when the food would be ready. $12.95 for a hot open turkey dinner that was some white bread... and heated deli turkey with some gravy, coleslaw, onion rings, and a roll. The coleslaw was warm and something in it wasexpired. The onion rings tasted and smelled like seafood. The taco salad had raw onions and peppers.
