I don?t think I?ve ever left a review before but - I didn?t get the managers name (I think it was Jess) was super nice. I... accidentally dropped my food and spilt some of my coffee all over my leg and they immediately replaced my food, made sure I wasokay, gave me water and a towel to wipe down my leggings. The store was closing 5 minutes before I was entering. Their were other customers still inside but they were a different race... then me and the staff still took their order. Very racially motivated I feel, the man was white. No black workers inside. Read more
Definitely overpriced- I paid six dollars for just a small cup of coffee. But that's not the main point- the employee named Kass... is extremely rude. She rolled her eyes constantly and glared at me while taking my order. Understood if she's having a bad dayand wish her well, but I definitely won't return. Read more
It took 12 minutes to receive a mango dragonfruit refresher with lemonade (iced tea and lemonade) from placing my order at the... register to hearing my order called out. Additionally, one of the workers was clearly sick and constantly sniffling. Theyobviously should not be working as who wants their drink made by the bare hands of someone who audibly isn?t feeling well? Worstof all the manager or shift manager, Mark, spent most of this time ?observing? his team rather than helping them when they wereclearly struggling. One of the worst Starbucks locations in the area. Service is known to be slow in recent years and mobile ordering is down half... the time. Quality is very inconsistent, most of the staff is clueless or rude. Worth it for locals to drive to another store! Read more

My go to almost everyday. Very nice..selections are great..it is always special when they know you by name.
One of the worst Starbucks I have ever visited in my life. The employees are clearly racist with horrible attitude. Super... overpriced coffee with worst possible quality. Never ever ever coming back here again. I really hope management reads thesereviews and do something about it. Read more
