I quick shout out to Ashley. She was not our waitress, however as I was watching my surroundings (former Military) I watched... the hardest worker in the whole building. (From what I could see). She didn't stop working from the moment we walked in untilthe moment we walked out. She served the table next to us, cleaned tables, rolled silverware / napkins, wiped off booths, alwaysmoving and always doing something for the business. I do not know her, we are from Ohio. Management/Owner. Promote ahead ofpeers. Work ethic is 5 stars, which is hard to find now-a-days. Personality was respectfully and kind with smiles when astranger came up and asked for her name. Very slow service. 20 minutes to get a beer. ?Game time just got better? as they say, is so far from the truth. Game 5 of the... Stanley cup playoffs is on and I had to ask 3 times just to get the game put on a small tv. Was not on the big screens. Askedfor sound and they said we don?t do sound. Great service when my fiance and I went. Wow at how many Tv's they have ???? First time going there and their food was great! I... ordered their great boneless wings and he ordered a burger and onion rings. The wings were so soft and I'll tell you, in myopinion, 10 is definitely a meal for me! It started off a little rough. The person in front of the restaurant was paying more attention to her phone than finding us a... table. Other than that, great visit. At first I thought this was a knock off of Buffalo Wild Wings, but this place actually has some really good food. Good... atmosphere for a sports fan. Several TVs going with a good variety of sports to choose from. Staff is friendly and seem welltrained. For an app I like the pretzel bites with queso. I prefer the bacon cheeseburger to wings here. I decided to try eating here for the first time because of the banner outside advertising $6 Burger and Fries. I was alone, and... that must be a problem at this location. I was ignored for several minutes at the hostess podium. Then I was seated at a centertable with 4 chairs, instead of a side table with 2 seats that would not take up valuable customer space (?). I was so underwhelmed with wings and rings when they first opened but figured I would give them another shot. I am so glad that... I did. I placed an order for pick up on 11.3.2022 and the young lady in charge of my order was phenomenal.She was so kind andexplained everything that I had ordered perfectly and even made a suggestion for an appetizer that my husband loved.
