I ordered through the app with special instructions of no tomatoes (since Im allergic to them), I picked up my order and when I... got home there where tomatoes on my sandwich. Needless to say, I threw away the sandwich and had to go elsewhere to getsomething to eat. Read more

I ordered online to avoid the line. Worst decision ever. One they set your order aside to assist the ones that walk in, there... sign says order with the app avoid the line...that's fine. I could work with that. I get my food and head home, which is over 15mins away. I get home and opened my sandwich and notice this is not what I ordered. So I get my phone and begin to call...itjust continues to ring. I had to call 4 times to finally reach someone. He was nice took my order. I told him everything I hadorginally ordered. When I get there I get my new sandwich. I was smart this time and checked it...it was missing some items. SoI go back in and told him what was missing...his response was "well you never said that"....which I did, I had my original orderpulled up and was reading off that. One item he even wrote down, it was on the bag...I finally told him to just give me a sideof 2 of items, apparently they were out of one of the items. It was so frustrating. I get you're busy, it happens. We've allbeen there. No need for attitudes especially when it should've been made correctly the first time. I probably will not be goingback. It's always real young kids working and they get rude and I have enough to deal with, their attitudes I really just do notneed. If I'm paying for something I would like for it to be what I ordered. It's a pick your items kind of place. My order wasnot difficult. Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I?m not one to give bad reviews but this has changed my mind. We ordered a catering order and... half of our sandwiches were NO meats , nothing was fresh, and TERRIBLE customer service. The female on the phone today refusedto talk to me saying they were busy, and when I brought it in for a refund she smirked and laughed. I feel disrespected andrather disgusted. Used a coupon to save some dough. I felt bad for the kids working. A woman came in to pick up a tray and they did not gave one... there. The two had just came on duty about 30 min before. The woman said she called 45 minutes before so they did not know aboutit. Read more

Super sweet group of kids working. As a restaurant owner myself, I was a little disappointed in the lack of team work from the... young man making my sandwiches. I ordered quite a few subs and when the young lady beside him offered to help when she was donewith her customer, he said no I got it. 2 others offered to help and he still declined. It is okay to delegate. Read more

Horrible experience Horrible customer service. Nothing but a bunch of immature little boys work there. There were people in the... restaurant without masks but we walked in there and they refused our service because my babies didn't have a mask. They are 1and 2 and cannot wear them. CDC recommended babies not wear them due to suffocation anyway. Im all about covid safety but thisis ridiculous especially with other people ,adults not wearing them inside. We went outside and got masks so they would shut upwhich my babies still won't keep on. Then we asked for soup, seen a pot of soup and they said there was none so we just turnedaround and left. Workers were so rude. This place has went downhill. It used to be a great subway! I guess its hard to find hardworkers that actually value their job anymore. Read more

I went in today (5/17/2020 @2:15PM) and got a footlong, the guy who made my sandwich was quick and polite, I go here... often. While I was there a customer came in and assumed an employee didn't wash their hands when they did. So due to thatunfair assumption I thought I would give a good review because I was happy with my experience and that customer was justoutright rude. The employees didn't even have a chance to speak he just yelled at them. Anyway, good service as always keep itup. Read more
