Is it bad when you have to go into the store with a photo of how your coffee should look. All I got were looks. First the put it... as a blonde instead of quad, then didn't not make it upside down. *Edit* It was remade when the added blonde shots instead ofquad shots. The remake was made incorrectly again. I had to park and go into the store and pull up how the drink should lookbased on how I asked it to be made. They remade it and I was on my way. I am a regular, sometimes I would come in twice a day. I am sadly giving 2 stars. This store started out strong but has sense... then been on a downward trend. I here of a lot of unhappiness within the store from employees and that ruins the experience formyself. The music has never been fixed. The drinks have been on a decline, it really depends on who makes them. Most are madevery much so incorrect. I've heard employees didn't get proper training. Management is spotty as well. The lobby is dirty, Ieven cleaned my own table. I am definitely not a complainer but this needs to be addressed at this point. I've stopped coming inlike I use to and are actively looking for an espresso machine for home. I use to load 100$ a week on my app. It's not worth itanymore. Love the majority that work here but it's just not the quality you'd expect for the money I spend. Read more
Most annoying drive-thru layout. If you go and they don't have what you want, you're stuck in line regardless because there's no... way to pull out and leave. Slow and under prepared for rush hours. Read more
Frequently out of chai, and once you?re in line for drive through there?s no way out. You?re stuck waiting even if they?re out... of your order. I recommend going inside or ordering online. Read more
Great service! The employees were all very kind and ready to help with our order.
Very fast and convenient. Went there twice so far and they always have my order in such a short time. This last time I sat... inside. The staff are energetic and in good spirits. I hear them laughing and having a good time and are friendly. So it makesfor a good atmosphere, even just sitting their doing my own thing. Though, it got busy a couple of times and did witness a fewmistakes for some customers that seemed a little more than it should be. I'm not an expert though. But they promptly fixedanything that was brought to their attention. So, this is an excellent location. Take a stop in! Read more
