Best sauce to cheese ratio of any pizza and the cheese is not overly stretchy to the point you choke and die
This was our first time ordering here since we moved to somerset. We have a two week old baby so we have been doing a lot of... delivery! We placed our order at 10pm with a quote of 25 minutes. I received the delivery notification at 10:30 but no delivery.I called the store at 10:45 and was told he was on his way. I called again at 11:11 and was told he forgot something on his lastorder but again was on his way. Needless to say the order NEVER showed up. Read more
I love Papa Johns pizza, I really do! However, like some have said on here, there?s a particular important person that works... there who is rarely friendly and he never even cracks a smile at you. The other thing is, what has happened to online couponpromo codes at this place? If you find a good one that is still current and enter it, it says that it is not valid at thislocation. I remember being able to find 40% and 50% off regular menu price items but now the best you can find is 25% off. Whydoes the Somerset store choose to no longer participate in the promo code offerings like they used to? Read more
We've gotten some great pizza here several times before. Ive also had to deal with sevral times that our order just wasn't the... quality we were expecting. Tonight I placed a carry out order and after driving to town and picking up 2 pizzas I got home andwhen I bit into the pepperoni pizza it was still doughy!! Read more
Pizza is always better than expected, the people that work here are always doing small acts of kindness to be nice. The only... issue I had was that online ordering is made unavailable way to far in advance [by the company supposedly, not the store intown] and so I was unable to get my $10 off rewards one time. Also, they do not deliver to my house due to a Google issue wheremy address on paper says one thing, but Google maps calls it CR-1234Q4 something crazy... The service/pizza is the best though. They do not stretch small dough out to make a large like another pizza place down the road does, so don't choose the other overthe extra mile drive. Read more
Poor management from the area supervisor to the mother daughter management.... No apologies, for the grease pizza they delivered... us.... that is grease from the pizza ???? the manager on duty , told me pepperoni cause grease, not that much we only hadpepperoni on half, I work at a pizza place, she said you got what you ordered, right??? My family and I love Papa John?s most times we get it. I will say that on the times we don?t love it, it is because it?s very... disappointing. If the consistency was fixed it would be great every time. Last nights was pretty disappointing. The ham andpineapple pizza had all the ingredients on two slices, the cheese pizza was missing the cheese, and my Philly CheesesteakPapadila was missing the cheesesteak. It would have been paper thin if it wasn?t for the peppers and onions that weren?t cut upon it. I will say this type of thing only happens 2 or 3 outta 10 times. Usually, it is really good.
