This is the worst mcdonald?s i?ve ever ate at.It has went so down hill because it is managed by children who don?t care at all.... i got a 10 piece and a small fry and a med drink. no straw, no sauce that i asked for, the fries taste like they were sittingthere for hours. cold and hard with no salt, chicken nuggets were stuck together and cold and soggy. I went to the drive thru of McDonalds store #12026 @ 4000 S.Hwy 27 Somerset Ky around 1:15pm. I ordered two quarter pounders... with cheese no ketchup and a small fry. Once I got my order I returned to work. Only to find both of my burgers raw inside andsoaked in grease. Not a little pink they are bloody. Now I have no lunch. It was actually the worst experience I've ever had in any other McDonald's. I stood in line at the register with no one in front... of me for 15 minutes before someone came to help me, then the young man that helped me was so slow, and move was not one senseof urgency with how backed up the drive-thru line was all the way around the building, in fact all the workers were justnonchalant slow working.
