Never Been to this restaurant before until the other day. The staff working were amazing and got the orders they had out quickly... and other customers seemed ecstatic from the environment they created. Food was mediocre. Price was fair. Staff acted preoccupied. I had to break into their conversation to make my order. The worst... part was paying, I was expected to include a tip. Now I'm not against tipping. I do regularly tip at restaurants that wait onthe tables. Firehouse does not. So just what exactly am I supposed to tip for? This is the first fast food restaurant i haveever been to that expected a tip. All things considered I won't be back. Read more

Highly recommend the butter poached lobster and the oyster stew topped with pork belly and caviar!
