Coffee and donuts are amazing but shouldn't run out during the day. Fresh should always be an option. Some of the folks working... there have less than smiling faces and jolly personalities. Friendliness to me is everything with customer service especiallywith children and elders this place lacks that alot. Move that to the top of your hiring list as well as fresh full day supplyof donuts and drinks. That would make this place a five star stop. Read more
This Dunkin is incredibly frustrating to order from. The staff is nice as can have, however, each and every time we have gone... here they have left out a part of our order. Every. Single. Time. We usually order food and drink, one time we got drink and nofood. Another time we got one food and both drinks. Other times we got half of an order. It is always something. And god forbidyou order something they don?t have because they will NOT tell you then let you leave with nothing in hand. It is every singletime we have been here without fail. If you order from this Dunkin be on guard and check your order before leaving otherwise Ican guarantee you will be missing something. Read more
Friendly young staff, made hot Oatmilk match to par! Really bummed that Dunkin Donuts no longer carries the beyond sausage... anymore... it was nice to have a "go-to" for breakfast while on my cross country travels... today we just got a toasted Englishmuffins they were warm and yummy still. Friendly staff and delicious donuts. I deducted one star because the coffee isn't always as fresh as other Dunkins I've been to... and the reason I go is for the coffee. Overall, a nice place to grab a quick breakfast and/ or coffee. Read more
this review is only about today what i experienced, i walked in to order and the lady asked me what i would like, i had to... repeat myself 5 times because she was not listening, she would not take my order and the other girl working at the drive thruwas being so loud and would not stop talking to the lady and she kept ignoring me. she got my coffee wrong and my bagel. she didnot give me the right coffee, and i asked for strawberry cream cheese on my bagel and she put plain cream cheese on my bagel andtook forever to make it. now if she messed it up and forgot what cream cheese or coffee i said it wouldn?t have been a big deal,it?s the fact that she would not listen to me and she was being so rude. thats what made me mad. Got five iced coffee asked extra ice and extra vanilla. They were extremely busy the sweet girl didn?t even roll her eyes lol.... Atmosphere love it. Staff, love them. But I think their drinks are as overpriced as Starbucks. And doughnuts just not hitting. I... sat mine on napkin and within few mins my napkin was covered in grease stains. Def felt the film in n my mouth. Read more
