Coffee and donuts are amazing but shouldn't run out during the day. Fresh should always be an option. Some of the folks working... there have less than smiling faces and jolly personalities. Friendliness to me is everything with customer service especiallywith children and elders this place lacks that alot. Move that to the top of your hiring list as well as fresh full day supplyof donuts and drinks. That would make this place a five star stop. Read more
This Dunkin is incredibly frustrating to order from. The staff is nice as can have, however, each and every time we have gone... here they have left out a part of our order. Every. Single. Time. We usually order food and drink, one time we got drink and nofood. Another time we got one food and both drinks. Other times we got half of an order. It is always something. And god forbidyou order something they don?t have because they will NOT tell you then let you leave with nothing in hand. It is every singletime we have been here without fail. Friendly young staff, made hot Oatmilk match to par! Really bummed that Dunkin Donuts no longer carries the beyond sausage... anymore... it was nice to have a "go-to" for breakfast while on my cross country travels... today we just got a toasted Englishmuffins they were warm and yummy still.
