I placed an online order right before 10:30 and was contacted 3 minutes later and told they would not deliver my order because... they received it past 10:30. The manager refused to deliver my order and cancelled it because I could not go pick it up. She wasextremely hateful and extremely rude. Asked her to have the GM contact me during their next shift and she refused. She told methe only way to talk to the GM was to call back until they answered.
