The food was quick, well cooked, and flavorful. The restaurant was clean and well laid out so we had space. The location on... Google does not send you to the right place so it's best to put in the Honda dealership and the restaurant is across from that.Following Google currently takes you somewhere very sketchy. The staff was nice except our server. She want rude but wasntfriendly either. When I went to pay she held the table computer, watched me put in the tip in (which was a fair 20%), then whenthe servey came up she quickly took the machine and said "you don't need to worry about that" then she hurried and left. Chili's is always a hit or miss for me but this particular visit was a good one. The food was good and our sever was awesome.... The chips and salsa were very good and we got our food quickly. Two of us stopped in for lunch. We both ordered drinks (water and a coke) and we both ordered steaks with the sides. He... ordered his medium, I ordered mine medium-rare. I received my side salad before my meal, as requested. From there things justseemed to go downhill. While the table of 8 people, (who came in after us) received their drinks, our waitress just seemed tovanish. I finally saw her in the back talking to someone and looking at her phone. I finally caught the eye of a differentwaitress, who came over to see us and then went and got our drinks. Our meal finally arrived. My steak was almost all the waywell-done with just a hint of pink, and my husband's was completely well done. Our waitress offered to replace them, but bythen we were so hungry that we didn't want to wait longer. She said she would "take care of the bill". When I hear that Iexpect to be credited for what we didn't order. We choked down our dry steak. My ribeye was so bad I couldn't finish it, samewith my husband's steak. Waitress brought our bill, it had 15.00 taken off! My ribeye alone was 20.00!! We were so disgustedthat we just paid and left. We will never go back. I was at chili's a few minutes ago, and I have to say it is one of the better experiences I have had for a long time.The food... was fantastic and large portions as well.The prices were reasonable,atnessfear was very good.but the that impresses the mostwas the team work. A young lady named Haley was our waitress it was very busy and my little chaotic for them and when Jessicasaw that we had been sitting there a while and had not gotten our orders yet she stepped in and took over and got us our food ina timely manner. I think the team work between Jessica and Haley was awesome and I believe Jessica should be given recognitionfor stepping up when she saw an issue. Just my opinion Read more
