Long wait out at drive thru intercom with no one answering and can neverrrr get the order correct

I love Burger King, their food and service my entire life however, if someone wants coffee with their lunch, they should not be... denied coffee completely just because the pot is empty. We would have been fine with waiting on a fresh pot. I understandstopping breakfast at a certain time but some people drink coffee all times of day!
