Went to get fews drink, I order this NASTY drink called mocha/caramel jo, called ask them if I can get my refund and the manger... said no we can?t. Then I ask if I can replace to a different drink and they said no THEY only replace the same drink. I wentback and tell them t add extra syrup and they charge me for it! It was NOT worth $6 for a drink. This is WHY I go Starbuck theycan refund or replace a drink if I didn?t like it or replace a different drink no extra charge. This was not a good PLACE to getyour coffee. Also this is my first time trying the drink and I do like the white chocolate latte! Read more
