Great seafood place in ocean city! We went there for labor day and it was an amazing experience! Their Crab cakes, fried shrimp,... Crab soup, clams casino, and other entrees were bursting with flavor! Their server gave us great suggestions. I will definitelycome back here when I'm back in Ocean city. Read more
A++ service by Gina, had Macadamia nut encrusted Halibut, with mango and pineapple rum salsa. Amazing dish, would get it... again. Also came w sweet potato, cucumber salad. My dad had angel hair w seafood medley , he loved it, scallops were big. One of best dinners in a long time. Read more
4-4:30 is a good time to go because the wait is only about 20 min. No reservations here, 1st come 1st serve which is why we... like to go early, then head to the boardwalk to walk it off! The portions are big and we always leave with extra food for eachof us. The steamed mussels in the garlic wine sauce are amazing. Get some extra bread to soak up all that delicious sauce! This is a once a year splurge as it is pricey and loaded with carbs that I don't typically eat. I'm never disappointed with mymeal or the service. Read more
The clams casino are a must have. We also tried the open faced crab cake and clams with white wine garlic sauce & pasta. The... pasta sauce flavor was a bit too subtle but everything was well prepared otherwise. Very fresh seafood. It's a very largerestaurant and we had no wait for lunch on a Saturday (though from other reviews it sounds like dinnertime is packed) Wouldrecommend and we would come back to try other dishes. We really enjoyed the clams casino and crab stuffed onion ring. The oysters Rockefeller and onion soup were pretty good as well.... The porterhouse and prime rib were perfectly cooked to our liking. However the lobster tails weren't as tasty as we wanted themto be. Next time I would order the prime rib separately. The halibut on special was one of the best dishes and also perfectlycooked. The veal Maryland was also very good but on the heavier side because of the cream sauce. Overall, a nice place forseafood and steak. Read more
Excellent staff, the wait time for the food was short?a great family-friendly atmosphere. The food overall was delicious, with... no complaints. I even ordered dessert and two delicious coffees, freshly made coffee. Honestly, I highly recommend The Crab Trapif you are ever down by the shore; this is the spot, but make sure you call in advance for seating. Read more
We stumbled upon this place looking for a place to eat. It turned out to be awesome. The service we fast, friendly, and gave us... tips for things to do in that area. Very clean and the lunch menu was great. We ordered the oyster?s, soup, and a beet salad.All were great and fresh. If I?m ever in the area again, I would love to check out their dinner menu. Read more
