It's pricey, but maybe due to the economy? I went during lunch and just kinda stood at the bar to place a to go order but no one... came. Another guy walked in after me and went to what I guess is the takeout area, so I followed him. There, you could get thespecials or place an order so I did that. If you don't understand the menu names it's intimidating so I think pictures would dowell on the menu especially for the vegetarian items. I had vegetable samosas, garlic naan, and chicken korma. The food was delicious. We were the only people in the restaurant, so... it came out in a timely manner. Hot and fresh. I only gave Kings Tandoor four stars because the server could have been better.She asked if we needed anything else. When we asked for a refill of soda, she made it seem as if she really didn't want to giveit to us. She literally said, "You want another one" looking at us surprisingly. I went during lunch time and they were not busy at all. I liked that place a lot because staff was nice and they had great... specials. Pretty much until 4pm they have 2 dishes + rice for $8.99. You can't best that! Plus I ordered garlic nun which wasfleshly made to order, crispy, hot, and very delicious! I highly recommend that place! Read more
Disclaimer: I've never been to India. But this food tastes authentic and homemade to me. You know how you can tell when you're... eating frozen or prepared foods? Well this tastes fresh from the kitchen! Many vegan and vegetarian options. The rice was greatand I recommend the garlic naan. Took some clients here about a year ago, and they asked to go again this visit. Friendly staff,and the owner will chat you up if you ask him any questions. And for those talking about the slow service, I'm pretty sure it'sbecause they are cooking your food fresh! If you want fast food, this isn't it. 3/29/22 edit. Lunch buffet is fast and tasty.It?s not your typical Buffet where you need to be worried about people sneezing or touching spoons or food. Went there for their lunch special as I was staying in the Springhill Suites, right behind them. Portions are definitely... skimpy. They need to know that the customer is not stupid and always right. There are other places far better for my money. Do not recommend this place. Read more
