Chicken is dry and rubbery. This report was consistent with the experiences some of my co-workers had with this restaurant. The... employees are either leaving the chicken in the fryer too long and overcooking it, or they are re-frying yesterdays chicken.Either way, myself and my co-workers have decided not to eat here any more. Took a chance and ordered dinner. 8 piece bucket,large mashed potatoes and gravy, large mac and cheese and biscuits. Ended up 2 mashed potatoes and no mac and cheese. Thesepeople want 15 dollars an hour or more,, the place wasn't busy and they can't even follow directions. They also fixed the orderan hour early at 4:30 pm when I specified 5:30 pm. Had to leave work early to pick up. Chicken appeared under cooked this timethough that can be addressed with some warming up. Very inconsistent. Read more
Worst service I've experienced in a long time. Lobby is never open. Quick pickup isn't ready when app says it is. Unwelcoming,... uncaring crew. Manager and front counter person need to be fired. I'll never return. Read more

It is a good thing that the chicken was good because everything else was unacceptable. First, the lids were not on the gravy nor... the cole slaw, so I had a slight mess, when I got back to work. Second and most important, I had no plastic ware or utensils nordid I have any napkins. When I went up into the store to pick up my online order, I went to the counter to ask a question as Iwas hit with "no orders at the counter, drive thru only!" Needless to say that this younger generation with their lack ofdecorum, common decency, respect and unacceptable customer service. KFC hires anyone with a pulse and half of a mind it seams. Read more
The food here is terrible. Employees would not provide all dark meat option and they had no extra crispy, and would not make... it fresh for me if o waited. Then I got home and the chicken was dry and seriously undersized?. See the picture for anexample of a leg that came in my 30 dollar meal. Please just go to other chicken places or KFC locations and let this locationfade away. Read more
I stayed at the Hampton across the street and went to go get a quick burrito at Taco Bell/KFC. It took over 15 mins for them to... get my beefy 5 layer to me. But that being said, it was probably the best burrito I?ve ever gotten at a Taco Bell. It wasnoticeably larger and had a lot more filling than I?ve ever gotten at a Taco Bell. Overall it?s a good location and semi cleanrestaurant. Service can be slow as other reviews have said. Edit: Day 2 I?ve been in a row and again two beefy five layerburritos and a water $3.18. Best burritos I?ve gotten at any Taco Bell and they gave me three cookies because it did take themanother 10 mins to make my order. I?m upping the rating from 3 to 4 even though the restaurant is a little dirty. Read more
