So I did go here customer service was great but I did realize when I got home my sandwiches were slightly different from what I... ordered but when I came up there I told the manager what happened and he immediately stopped me and made it right no charge andthose were some of the best sandwiches there ever. We stopped here to grab a late dinner after seeing a movie when we were in town visiting my parents. We used to come here pretty... frequently growing up, but it's definitely gone downhill. There was no one in line when we got there. My dad knew what hewanted right away and ordered. We were still deciding so it took us about a minute before we were ready. There were a few peoplestanding around still waiting for their orders. I stood at the register waiting to order, but no one would take my order. Mydad got his food before we could even order. Finally, after standing there for 15 minutes, someone finally asked if anyone hadtaken my order. When I asked about how you could use coupons, I got two different answers. That finally got sorted out and wewere able to place our order. While waiting for our order, they gave my husband the wrong size milkshake, so some other guy hadto wait longer for his. After being there for half an hour, we finally got our food and took it home to eat. My dad said theservice is terrible every time he comes. They didn't do a great job with the order. My husband got the brisket sandwich and hesaid it was really dry and didn't have the onion straws it was supposed to. I got the Arbynator which was made right. I probablywouldn't get it again. I prefer just the roast beef. They were also quite stingy on the curly fries. Arby's is my favorite fastfood restaurant, but I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you're okay with really bad service. Read more
My order was taken promptly. Food was served relatively fast. Everything looked and tasted good. Lobby could have used a little... picking up. Just wasn't quite as clean as it should have been (not show in pics). Read more
