It's a McDonald's. I only eat here for an occasional breakfast as it's one of the few things that is quick to grab... nearby. Staff has been friendly overall and the service has been relatively fast. I don't stop if it's wrapped around thebuilding. Read more
i ordered a couple breakfast burritos and rolled out....come to find out, when i pulled the first burrito out of the bag and... opened it up and it was clearly still cold through the middle of the burrito...the ends were slightly warm...so i grabbed thesecond burrito snd sure enough, it was cooked the same way...so needles to say...always make sure your order is always correctand HOT...unless you dont mind cold food! No matter what time of day I visit this McDonald's I am waiting 30 minutes plus 4 my orders I have visited this spot more than... once to redeem rewards after being asked if I'm using a mobile app to where they going trying to charge me for my reward. Thisplace is mismanaged disorganized and not worth the time you might as well drive to the next McDonald's across the bridge inCalifornia Maryland before wasting your time here. Read more
It's usually hit or miss with this location. Sometimes everything is delicious and my order is correct (meaning nothing is... missing, my customization of my sandwiches were done right and they included sauce for the nuggets). Then there are times whenitems are missing, the nuggets are either soggy or overcooked, and my sandwiches aren't prepared the way I ask). Read more

Fries are cold and stale. Nuggets are cold. Fish sandwich is also cold. Never had this service before. One window open only.... This is the slowest service I've ever had from McDonalds Read more
I ordered at the drive through and got annoyed but it was whatever. I pull up and hear 2 cars back now at the box ordering and I... hear her screaming and cussing out of frustration. At first I'm like that is extreme. But then I get to the window to receive myfood and I've never been so aggravated in my life. I ordered chocolate milk with the kids meal for the kids. She hands me whitemilk. I respectfully said "I ordered chocolate milk" and her response was "yeah but I gave you white milk" I got instantlyannoyed. My whole meal following that was messed up. She forgot to give us our meals other than the kids meals and stared outthe window at me and said "what else do you need." Perhaps our food we paid for? I find it crazy these workers want or are paid$15 a hour and can't even manage to process and finish out a order. Now I understand the car that was 2 cars back. This locationneeds to provide more training and learn better communication skills to customers. Read more
