Beyond frustrated with tonight. We got there at 5:35 and were seated promptly. Several people were seated after us and served... before we were. An hour later we had no chip refill, no food. We then asked for our food to go. And our fajita had FOUR piecesof chicken. 1 kids meal, 1 order of fajitas, and drinks was $41.00. Absolutely ridiculous. Our waitress couldn't be botheredwith us and we couldn't get an actual meal. I would love for someone to actually reach out because no one can be bothered toanswer the phone. Read more

Phenomenal Mexican food! Very friendly staff. The chips and salsa are the best in the area (or possibly the world?) Best... Tamales, enchiladas, tacquitos. Service was a little slow but the place was slammed. I highly reccomended stopping here. Read more

The new chef here makes everything we endured with our waiter worth it. The service is horrible our waiter was beyond rude and... kept yelling at the waitress who was trying to help him. He threw our straws on the table when we asked for them. There whereonly 4 tables and he dropped our check at the time he dropped our food, like here you go I'm done with you. I will go backbecause the food is so good but I understand the service will be horrible. I included a pic of the waiter, just ask for someoneelse's section. Read more

Easily the best Mexican food in town hands down, I tried them all. Pop in and see Courtney and she can give you the run down.... The green chili is spot on with the right amount of heat. Read more

As someone who?s worked in food industry, I could understand some wait times when it?s busy. Today was rough at La Paloma?s. Not... only were we waiting with four other families for at least 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge us, once we were sat down ittook about another 15 minutes to get acknowledged again and order drinks. Not sure if this place gives complimentary chips andsalsa but we never got any, asked for some to go at the end of the visit and received some finally. Never was asked for refillson our drinks and the waters we asked for when we sat down arrived after asking two more times and after our meal. Pineapplemargarita was mid at best, hardly any alcohol. Didn?t give one star because I was expecting a bean burro enchilada style but wasgiven a green Chile pork burrito instead which was pretty decent. I enjoyed the meal but the customer service sure was lackingtoday. The fella did his best but I believe was overwhelmed with the amount of tables he had to cover. Read more

Read the reviews on La Paloma and thought it would be worth the drive (110 miles one way) to try it out. We arrived a little... before 11:10 AM and were seated in the main seating area within a couple of minutes (only ones at this point) and waiter broughtout tea and chips/salsa immediately. About 5 minutes later a waiter brought out a menu...15 minutes later another couple weseated...10 minutes after that we were still waiting for a waiter to order. At that point we went to the front desk to pay forour chips and tea. After a couple of minutes a gentleman came out of a door with out waiter (right next to the front desk)headed to a room directly across from the door that came out of...I mentioned that we would like to pay for our chips and tea asit appeared we would not be able to submit our order...the gentlemen with the waiter said "don't worry about the tea"...not "Iam sorry for your wait, would you like to order now...chips were great but...gas to get there and back home cost $73...won't beback.
