The restaurant was filthy. I waited 25min for food. A 2-3 year old kid of one of the employees climbed on the counter and nobody... seemed to care while he walked around on it. The restaurant was filthy. There were countless flies buzzing around the dinning area, the floor was sticky, and there were... taco sauce packets strewn across the floor... I ordered online. Got there and the doors were locked, no sign on the doors and they were supposed to be open. Watched them... serve the whole drive through line twice over after I had already called trying to pick up my order as my vehicle doesn?t fitthrough the drive through. 25 minutes go by and I?m still sitting waiting for my order. I call again and get told they?re tryingto get through the drive through line first. There is no reason that I should have to wait 30 minutes for and order I placed 15minutes prior to arriving. It?s a Taco Bell, what more do you want? Never had any issues here, line is very fast, and even if you say you don?t need hot... sauce, you get a ton of it, so I say it?s a good time. Only issue you?ll run into is the fact that the food here is priced onpar with other Alaskan restaurants, expensive. You aren?t going to find anything for $1. Per person I often leave here with atleast $15 spent. Not a complaint, more of a warning to anyone who is not from Alaska and is wanting a cheap meal, this is thebest you?ll get on that front. I had to give them one star. Like wtf????! I got my order from door dash and it was completely wrong everything was... wrong...scratch that I got my drinks but everything else was wrong. My original order was 3 soft tacos, 1steak quesaritos, 1cinnamon pack, 2 cinnamon twist then out drinks....instead 6 bean and cheese burritos????. please be more aware Read more
Not only have I rarely gotten a correct order, except when the 3 girls are working but they don't even abide by regular hours.... They literally close arbitrarily whenever they are overwhelmed, they frequently will have 10 employees, some of which take napsin the lobby, they are always out of basic things like coffee cups and hot sauce and meats and the management seems to be nonexsistant. Corporate should step in and shut this franchise down. None of these people deserve even minimum wage because theywon't even do their basic job duties. Pathetic. Read more
Their accessibility leaves something to be desired. However, I ordered on the app and as a person thats really likes Taco Bell... but has been really disappointed in their service and quality in the lower 48 I can honestly day this is hands down the BESTTACO BELL ???? out there!
