This was our first and let time at a Papa John's. We are new in town, walked in and ordered and the redhead at the register... walked away. We stood there for a few minuets then another girl came to take our order. Our card was declined, not from a lackof funds. We used another card and thought it went through since nothing was said by the cashier. 20 min later we find out itstwo for one on Tuesday so we asked to add another pizza since it wasn't mentioned when we ordered. We asked how long it would beand she did, " well since we never started your other order 15 min." We asked why and she said your second card payment didn'tgo through either. We asked, " why didn't you tell us we've been standing here for 20 min," she answered it was on the registertape. Well customers cant see the register tape.
