This is one of my very first reviews. Ive worked in the fast food business for close to 10 years and I had my husband call and... simply request the oil and vinegar on the side... the person that helped us was very eager to please, yet once we got our ordernothing was on the side. I try not to complain about the food that I order but it?s upsetting getting the wrong order delivered.I don?t know where things went wrong but I feel like it?s up to the employees to ensure that every order goes out correctly. I always come to get dinner here and the service as well the sandwiches are always delicious. I did a pre order from the night... before through the app and the amount was deducted from my card but the order never got sent to the store. I was trying to findthe order details and was not emailed one. I went through the app and there were no previous orders, just a deduction of myshore points. The General manager Bradley, employee Giovanni & Eusevio graciously helped me with my orders and were sounderstanding to the whole ordeal. I will definitely be back and will direct all of my friends here. I will be giving mycorporate office the heads up on catering orders at this location as well bc of the service they provided. I'm a foodie! More over, I am a huge fan of fine quality deli Subs and sandwiches. So, I made my way to Salona beach to take on... the Sub Kings that humbly created tons of buzz through out the San Diego coast. I rushed in and was immediately greeted withattentive smile and a fast response to fullfil my request. Mind you, this being my first time in a Jersey Mike's,...it was superneat, clean, and didn't have the mugginess of an over baked sourdough that made you smell like Subway. I hate smelling likecooked food, more importantly eating in a deli with poor ventilation. I'm happy to rate Jersey Mike's as a 5 ???? EatingExperience for Clean Atmosphere, exceptional quality of taste, texture of products, gold medal customer service, and an overallexcellent Experience. Thanks lead management Mike and his team for delivering the promise of Jersey Mike's "The SubAbove". The subs here are great. When I come here, I usually get the super sub. I always think I'm getting something else but nope.... Don't forget to get pepper relish and pepperoncini and of course get it mike's way. That is of course, unless you're ordering ahot sandwich, then ignore that advice. Buffalo chicken wrap is also very good. Don't forget to look for coupons in the mail,that's when I usually go. Read more
