This is the Einstein right up the street from my house. This is the 3rd/4th weekend in a row I have come and they did not have... my bagel. I get here early in the morning and they claim they sell out before hand. When I addressed the situation the managerwas not very nice and said that he has other things to do. If your store knows you sell out of a certain bagel super quick youwould they they would catch on the the trend/demand and make more. Terribly run business. Read more

Not sure that this place was like in it's hayday, but it's REALLY taken a turn for the worse. No indoor seating, strange... queueing process, unclean floors at opening, and a drink machine that was maybe 50% operational. Whoever owns this locationneeds to SERIOUSLY think about this situation.
