Small pizza shop in St. Joseph that opened up just 2 years ago. Staff is very friendly and energetic. Pizza was just a basic... pepperoni and sausage which had good flavor. Three tables inside but not fully designed for sitting down dining. Large storageroom which appears to be under construction for a dining space. If back in the area I would return. Read more

I love Barnstormers Pizza! They are the closest pizza place to my home but even if they were farther away I'd be a loyal... customer. Their pizzas (I've tried most of the variations on the menu) have all been excellent. Their dough makes a perfectlytasty crust. The toppings are plentiful. The flavors always satisfy. The "dad jokes" from "Bucky" hand written on every boxalways give me a chuckle. Every time I order for delivery they say 45-60 minutes. I don't think it's ever taken them more than20 minutes to get us our pizza fresh, hot and delicious, even during bad weather. We simply love 'em! Read more
Wow! What an amazing locally owned pizza joint. First off, the keto crust was out of this world delicious. The toppings are... very fresh and tasty; also incredibly generous. You're going to pay a bit more for their excellent food, but I PROMISE youwon't be disappointed. Bucky and his crew do a fabulous job ensuring you get a beautiful meal anytime you order, and that reallymeans something to us and the rest of the community just trying to support one another. Well done, Barnstormers. Give them ashot. Read more

Barnstormer pilots were bold, daring, and unique?just like the pizzas at Barnstormers Pizza in St. Joseph, Michigan. We snacked... on some ?Loaded Hangar Fries? to start. A full pound of crispy oven fries was smothered with cheddar & mozzarella, bacon, greenonion slices and a drizzle of ranch dressing. It was like a loaded baked potato, but with the added crisp of fries. They were?oven? fries, so I was practically eating healthy. ;) Our first pizza was the ?Control Tower,? which was described as ?The Bossof the Airfield.? It was piled with ingredients including pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, sausage, bacon, ham, banana peppers, green peppers, red peppers, black olives, and spinach. The pizza was not only visually beautiful with all the bright peppercolors, it was also delicious. I?d never had spinach on a pizza before, and I loved it! Spinach on a pizza is a little daring, but sweet pickles on a pizza is bold and wildly daring! The ?Crazy 8 Cubano? pays homage to the Cuban sandwich, with itsCarolina Gold BBQ, mozzarella, smoked pulled pork, ham, and finished with sweet and zippy pickles. No way would I have orderedthis as a pizza, but I couldn?t stop eating it. The sweet and salty symmetry combined with a wee bit of spice from the pickles, made an addictive combo that had me eating several slices too many. One of the things that impressed me about the pizzas fromBarnstormers Pizza & More was the flavor and texture of the crust. Utilizing a process known as cold fermenting, the doughyields a rich, earthy flavor and noteworthy structure. This technique takes time (72 hours to be exact), but the slower theprocess, the more flavorful the result. We finished our dining experience with an order of ?Cinnamon Knots,? which were adelightful blend of cinnamon and sugar coating a pile of buttery knots of baked dough. The side of vanilla icing was perfectfor dunking. If you love pizza, but your pallet is a little more grounded, you can always create your own p Read more
