Only one person working. Service was bad. My dad set there the whole time with no coffee refills. Then they made decafe so still... no coffee. What breakfast place only has one coffee maker. Read more
The food was horrible! Several items were missing from my order. No chocolate syrup or whipped cream on my daughter?s burnt Oreo... pancakes. (Manager response to that was ?we don?t do that anymore?. Well, you might wanna tell your menu). But there WAS apepper, a few hash browns, and other unidentifiable objects. Grits were missing from one order, toast from another. When Icontacted the manager, Daniel, he was rude, cut me off, and dismissed my issues. He told me to call someone else to complainbecause he wasn?t going to listen to it. He hung up on me twice. I left this area five years ago. I thought maybe thing hadchanged and decided to give this location another try. Never again! Food was absolutely awful I ordered eggs and cheese and they forgot to add cheese then sent out a little bowl with green... scrambled eggs with hardly no cheese and I was told to just stir it in my eggs with no cheese. My country ham wasn?t cooked toperfection it looked boiled unlike the person who was sitting in front of me that had his cooked to perfection and on top ofthat I was served the worst hash browns ever ,they was burnt and flat to the point it tasted like one big potato chip with aunmelted piece of cheese on top and my so called veggies on bottom so much for the loaded hash browns which was nothing likethe pic. My ticket charged me for all the extra cheese and loaded hash browns that didn?t have none of my extras and to top itall off I waited an extra 20 minutes to get served that disappointed breakfast.. I went in for lunch and order the add the 2 egg plate kids milk which come of hash Brown or grits. So I order the eggs plate... kids meal which come with hash browns as well as I got a order of of grits on the side. Well the staff tried to charge me for aall the way hash brown even though hash brown comes with the egg plate. Needs to say I did not take the food because I was notsatisfied with being overcharged. The huddle house in Soddy-Daisy is under new management. Me and my husband have ate there several times in the past couple of... weeks and the new manager is awesome ,he is doing a wonderful job of cleaning it up and he cooks too and he is awesome. Pleaseeveryone give them another try . He is really trying and he is doing a wonderful job . So please everyone give them another shotyou will be very pleased with the food and service thank you for reading and please try them out. Read more
Never again. Curious why Huddle House can?t follow example of Waffle House. I know it?s hard times for businesses remaining... staffed. I manage a business myself. I understand. On 4/24, 2 people were working slower than molasses, any slower they?ddrop. The server must?ve been tired; no enthusiasm or friendly demeanor about her. The cook seemed like it was her first day andcouldn?t multi-task. It was one meal at a time. We waited 45 minutes for food. Eggs were runny for well done; hash brownsdrowning in grease; bacon undercooked. The experience was as miserable as the employees looked. This place is very bad. One time I ordered carryout through the Huddle House site, and when I went to pick it up, the employee... told me they were literally the only person working that day, and my order would be done ASAP. I felt sorry for them workingalone so I was patient and tipped extra. Fast forward a few weeks, I was sick and ordered via DoorDash. Multiple items missing,and the food was not great. Again a few weeks later, ordered DoorDash thinking I'd give them another chance. Same story,missing items and bad quality. Today is the final straw. The food came RAW. Severely undercooked eggs, potatoes so raw they arecold and crunchy on the inside. Hashbrowns weren't raw but they were rubbery and stuck together in one solid chunk. Gravy,refrigerator cold.
