Triple meat burger with six pieces of cheese is off the chain, and I had a shake, can't remember what kind, but it is good.
Made online order for curbside. They completely left out one combo. I didn?t realize till i got home. Made multiple calls while... heading back to the location. No one ever answered. Was given a hard time when asking for the combo was also given a hard timeabout my online receipt as they gave me no other receipt. Then they only replaced the burger but not the fries. Was forced toask again for the fries. Since they didn?t answer the phone i was placed at the back of the order line and had to wait almost 20mins for the replacement. I've been eating Whataburger since the 70's here in Texas. This particular establishment I visited a year ago. It was what I... expected. Good food. This past visit it was terrible! I ordered my husband the chili cheese fries and the chili cheese burger.When they arrived they were practically dry! 1 single tablespoon of chili was on his burger. Maybe 2 we're on his fries with abreath of shredded cheese. I told the girl who brought it this was not what I ordered. She tells me that they're nearly out ofchili and that's why our "chili" items received only a whiff of either chili or cheese. I told her, I wasn't informed at time oforder there was no chili. I wasn't given a discounted price either. I paid full price with the expectation the items wouldclosely resemble the advertised photos. The problem was not solved. We weren't offered a different order. This location has losttwo customers for good. This is why Texas based family establishments don't belong in the hands of Yankee corporations! (Icontacted Whataburger corporate about this situation. In order to complain you must first answer a few questions: was this anonline order? No. Was this ordered using the whataburger app? No. Two days later I received an email from corporate about myonline order placed in the app. I'd receive a full refund if I'd just log onto the app and send in my receipt number logged inthe app!) I always order from here and they?re 100% excellent and nice. Today the manger assisted me with gift cards and went out of her... way to check for new cards with pretty designs. Good management here! Read more
Always get my orders wrong. Managers i usually speak to apologize, make me what I ordered correctly and throw in a dessert. The... ?manager? I spoke to this time cared little to nothing, never apologized and kept telling me I was wrong and what they gave mewas right and continued on to argue with me. One meal was incorrect they fixed it with an attitude but fixed it. Ordered 1 coffee I never got it????. I asked for it and... was told I had to wait, waited till orders arrived and nothing I asked again I was told" let me go get it" waited as everyonestarted eating and nothing we finished and where leaving so I stopped at the front and asked if I could just get a a cookiesince I never got my coffee. I had to sit there and wait another 7 to 10 min and nothing. They couldn't even just give acookie. This is the closest whataburger to where I work so I usually go there during lunch. The last 4 times I?ve gone they always seem... to mess up my order. One time they even forgot to add a patty to my order. I spoke to manager and all he said was sorry. I didnot ask for money, I would have liked for him to tell me he would speak to the cooks or something else. I will start to go toanother store. Read more
