They called said they didn?t have bread after I placed my online order. When I got there the guy tells me we did the best we... could. I asked what does that mean? He told me they only had wheat bread I said it was fine then when I get home they should?vementioned they didn?t have steak because my sandwiches hardly had meat on them like half a serving not lying it was more breadthan anything. Workers were loud and disruptive as well as consistently distracted. I also wasn?t aware two strips of bacon were three dollars... on a footlong. Management needs to train their workers better if this is how disappointing their current ones are. Honestlydon?t bother you won?t get what you want and they?ll give you a headache in the meanwhile. I ordered through the app and got a subway with a sharpie message saying they do not sell chicken teriyaki no more but still... gave me the sandwich with the sauce so I am not sure of the sauce was old. They also do not answer the phone when you try tocall. Note they still have teriyaki items in their menu. Read more

The young lady during lunch hour has a BIG attitude when it comes to asking her for avocado or any extra items for that matter.... This location runs out of smashed avocado by 12p.m. and you can't request sliced avocado either without getting an eye roll.expect the skinniest sandwhiches too, as the line gets longer your portions get smaller.. smh Read more

Did not honor "buy one get one free coupon" as written on coupon.Coupon stated buy ANY 12 " SUB and get another of equal or... lesser price for free. Employee told me that it had to be a more expensive sandwich and not the 5.99 black Forrest ham that Iusually get.Stated the store manager came up with that policy when coupon clearly states ANY 12" sub.The country wants us tosupport our small businesses. during this covid crisis by soliciting their shops , but then they nickel and dime you by changingcoupon interpretations.If you don't want to abide by coupons you send out , then don't send them out. I ordered 2 sandwiches on the online app and the employees messed both sandwiches up. One completely wrong. Then told me they... weren't going to make me a new sandwich until I told them about the food they put on it that would harm me. The other sandwich"chicken bacon ranch sandwich" didn't have bacon on it and they told me that we didn't ask for bacon so its not their fault whenBACON is in the literal name of the sandwich.
