My order was incorrect and it took about 15 minutes to receive our food. Got sent to other window but refused due to three days... earlier was sent to other window and spent over 15 minutes to get the propper attention. Nobody apologized for taking our orderincorrectly or not having a desired hot beverage avalible. Employee and manager were very unfriendly. Really unsatisfied withservice and this is not something new, its happend before but seems like nothing is done to fix it. And if i could put zerostars I would put it. Read more
It took over 15 minutes to get our food only to find out it was incorrect. We never received an apology from anyone due to their... mistake.. Manager was very rude and asked us to go to next window but we refused since they tend to forget about you when theydo that. We don't feel any compensation for their mistake or their ineptitude when taking our order. Not likely to return.There's other better placed to go and get treated much better, just like a paying customer should. Read more
Today went through the drive through and ordered 1 lrg and a medium sweet tea! Good thing we always check our drinks before we... leave! They gave us unsweetened tea! When I told the girl at the drive through I guess she got mad because when we got homethere was a piece of foil on one of our drinks! Not sure if it was put there on purpose but it was there! Very bad service. I asked the girl if I could have one extra sauce for a 20 piece and she tried charging me for it and had an... attitude about it. Only gave me one small ketchup for large fries! Really one ketchup for large fries?!???? They should give 4sauces for a 20 piece nuggets. Those sauces are small. Read more
Went this morning to get breakfast for me and my son. I asked for two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. All I got was cheese... sausage and biscuits. My son order two mc griddles and all he got was sausage and the bread. My food doesn't look like what theyadvertise. Read more
Today my wife, our grand daughter, and I stopped here for a quick meal. We ordered a happy meal, three McChickens, soft drinks,... and large fries. McDonalds is second to none in how fast they get their orders out! This is great when your time is limited. McDonalds is always great for young families-- with their integrated playgrounds!
