Super cute cozy Starbucks at the top of the mountain. Perfect place to stop in after hitting the slopes. Super nice baristas!
I was at Starbucks in Snowshoe and I have to say, it's not well run. The workers are nice all the time but there seems like... there is no upper management there. The girls seem overworked and alot of things are out of stock. Most importantly, today,they were out of milk. I asked who the managers were and I was told a girl named Jennifer or a guy called Caleb. I felt badfor the workers and I wanted to ask these two non existent people why there are not enough people staffed there. It's ski seasonand lines are long, but everyone seems to be left all alone and embarrassed for the inconvenience. I feel bad for them. Read more
I'll have a side of covid with my latte. A mismagement nightmare at this place, the female manager Jen (?) is incompetent and... unprofessional. The shop remains open even though it seems like everyone is sick. I was in there mid Sept and the manager wasclearly sick. I am letting everyone know to stay far from this place unless you go in with a hazmat suit. Read more
They didn't know how to make some of their own drinks on their menu and the older lady was being a complete biotch. I understand... covid is going on and all, but she made my whole family leave and wouldn't let them tell me their orders. Wouldn't have been badif there was cell reception, but there wasn't. I gave a 4 stars because I usually have a good experience but Heidi the cashier was super rude rolled her eyes at me and then... yelled at the costumer behind me. I get sometimes food service is stressful but you don't have to take it out on the costumers.I interacted with other baristas there and everyone else was super nice. Read more
This location is spacious with what is ample seating during the week when it's slow however as other reviews have pointed out if... it's a weekend or event not nearly enough seating, advise order ahead and grab and go. Now for the staff and ease of orderingit was perfect, the timing on all of my groups orders were within reasonable time and were made perfect all 4 times we attendedand the people were nice for a fast encounter. New location has a lot more room, but is not nearly as inviting. Interior is bland, almost warehouse-like. Needs some type, any... type of decor. It's a ski resort, warm up the ambiance. With nothing on the walls it just feels cold and uninviting in here. Asfar as the food and drinks, it's Starbucks, you know what is coming. It's just like every other Starbucks location. The servicewas exceptional. Very friendly and amicable staff. Wasn't crowded at all but the server was efficient at completing our order. Read more
