This place is the best! My family and I enjoy Snowmass for skiing and biking all year. We have had inconsistent experiences... eating at other places in snowmass and we like to eat healthy and not get bogged down by heavy food while enjoying the mountain.Mix6 is consistent in their execution and has the best flavors in their bowls. I have worked my way through the entire menu andthere hasn't been a single thing that I have not enjoyed thoroughly. The Asian Mix is my favorite currently, the variety offlavors in that bowl are so good, the salmon is great and I have tried it with tofu as well which was probably the best tofu Ihave ever had. I got to meet Martin the chef and he was so kind and a wealth of knowledge about nutrition and food. I highlyrecommend trying it out, you won't be disappointed. Read more
This place is everything we need on a family getaway. Fantastic drinks, great food, my kids scarf down theirs and great, healthy... tasting bowls for the hubs and I. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Lastly a wonderful atmosphere with cozyseating, family games and plenty of space to stretch out and relax after a day on the mountain. Food is amazing. Finally a healthy option while skiing! You can design your own mix or they have chef designed combinations.... Everything is fresh, colorful and delicious. Yummy desserts, too! I can totally see myself enjoying apres on the patio as well.A must-do in Snowmass! Read more
Yes!! The food is really good here! It's kind of like Dig Inn but nicer ingredients. It's convenient, they have open seating,... and you can walk in wearing your ski boots. I loved mixing the kale with forbidden rice and steak. Lots of combinations, youjust tell them what you'd like. Service is really friendly too... you can grab a drink from the bar or have a server help you.There's a huge game lounge downstairs with shuffleboard and pingpong... not just for kids - well, we're "adults" but spent twohours down there in a skee ball match. :-P Read more
Not great. Salad was bad, tomatoes were from salsa. Said it was avocado and it was processed guacamole. I spent $53 with tip and... I was still starving. I live in the Snowmass village and I wouldn?t go back. I also told the waitress the salad wasn?t great anddidn?t eat it and she kept it on the bill. Read more
