Always a good time when I get to come here. The food good is absolutely mouthwatering ????. So far we've been for breakfast, but... plan to come back for dinner since they've added that at the new location. Employees are so friendly and the food is alwaysfresh! I'm about an hour away, but it's worth it when I make the trip! Read more

Such a cute and fun place. We saw it on PBS, Carolina Traveler. Definitely worth going out if your way for. We had the cakes... and cookies to take to a party. The Orange Cremecicle cookie was the hit if the party. The Sugar/fun-feti cookie were greattoo. They have a full menu. Hours and menus are different from weekday to weekends so check out the website. Pretty quickturn around in orders. Busy-bees behind the counter in Saturday, friendly and kind service. Read more

BEST. BREAKFAST. EVER. Such a great place to eat with the most delicious breakfast and treats! The fresh squeezed orangeade is... to die for, and the bacon grit bowls are my favorite but I have literally never had anything bad from FATD. Moved away from thearea but I still come back regularly because the service, the atmosphere and the food are all amazing. Read more

My first time trying FATD I got up early on a Saturday and drove from Greenville with a friend. The line was out the door when... we got there but we decided to wait. Everyone who walked out said it was well worth the wait and it definitely was!! We gotbreakfast and sweet treats to take home. I shared my treats with friends and family and they loved it! On another occasion, Iordered a cake online and one of the employees insisted she carry it out to my car for me. The staff is very welcoming andeverything I?ve tried has been soo good!! 10/10 definitely recommend! Read more

Farmer and the Dail located in Snow Hill North Carolina. Friend of mine told me about this place a couple of years ago. We drive... from Wilson to Pine Knoll shores quite a bit and decided to check them out. They?re well known for their biscuit bombs. Ipersonally love the bacon bomb. If you can imagine a biscuit ball with a ton of bacon and some awesome hoop cheese explosion inyour mouth. They have some awesome cakes, apple, peach (and other) turnovers and all kinds of other delicious stuff. Again myfavorite is the biscuit bomb. I heard the grits are awesome. By the way you can get the biscuit bombs frozen to take home andcook at your convenience. Our last visit was a bit disappointing there was not a lot of people there and we had to wait a bitlonger than we should have. Apparently there is a bit of disconnect with the person putting together our order. But overallgreat food and a cool place to checkout, eat and hang out! Read more

This place embodies all the ingredients to an amazing bakery/restaurant. Despite being what, what I would consider, very busy... when I visited, the staff were all friendly, well organized, and best of all, quick. They kept the line moving and the customershappy. While service is important, good food is the key, and they have you covered from entree to desert. Our group was therefor breakfast and had quite the array of items and not only were there no complaints, but praises were sung about every dish, you think Chick-fil-a chicken minis are good? Tell them to step aside for Farmer and the Dail's own take on it. Tired of thingsfalling from your buiscuit while you eat it, that's okay, they'll bake it in for you. All excellent. If you have room after, orif it's the sole purpose you are going, their baked goods will have something for everyone and, quite frankly folks, it'll be asgood if not better than what your grandma made. I don't care if she was Betty Crocker (no offense meant). We couldn't try enoughof the desserts that I could advise you what to get, you'll have to go check it out and pick your favorite, bit once again nocomplaints, only praise. On top of it all, for a fresh, from scratch, mom and pop restaurant/bakery, they are very reasonablypriced. Don't be afraid to take the family or worry about breaking the wallet. They are mire than worth it for what they arecharging, as reasonable or cheaper than any chain, so get the best for your money. Read more
