Very disappointing! My husband and I stopped in for a couple of their turkey salads, prices went up which is understandable at... this time but when we received our food the bowl was half the size it used to be. There was a little bit of turkey on the topnot even a half a piece of deli meat and a bunch of cheese. My husband asked to speak to a manager and the kid in the windowjust stared at us with his mouth open. Then he said we don?t have a manager here. I guess this explains why we?re paying for abowl of lettuce. We will not be coming back to this place. Read more
After finding out sandwich normally get no longer available, asked to be given a second to figure out what I'd like. Was asked... if that was all before even having a chance to look at menu again. Finally made a haste decision after being rushed. Got orderand opened my crispy chicken sandwich was COLD and my husband saw they had drawn a mad face inside my lid. His food was all fineand hot. Being that I am pregnant it is important to have food heated to proper temp to help kill off chance of listeria. Superdisappointed that some deliberately did this to my food. It was super aggressive and unnecessary. We won't be eating again atthis location. Only doing 1 star cause no stars isn't an option. Read more
Highly disappointed on this one!! I ordered through Doordash, and although it was the FASTEST delivery I?ve ever had from one of... the delivery apps?..food was extremely disappointing! I ordered a total of 3 Beef & Cheddar sandwiches?..there was BARELY anycheddar at all!! It literally looked like a tiny squirt of cheddar!(see photo). When you pay that much for a sandwich, youexpect to get more. I also ordered 2 Mozzarella Sticks (1-4 piece & 1-6 piece)?..they sent 1 small packet of marinara sauce(enough for about 3 mozzarella sticks). They closed at 7:40 pm one night. We arrived 9 minutes too late. Who does that? For staff shortage. Next day, there were plenty... of people working. I mean, at least close at 8, not 7:40. Other than that, food is great. Roast beef sliders are delicious andmozzarella sticks are good, and I had the turkey bacon wrap it was so good! There was also one time when when they forgot abunch of our items in the order. Not sure what's going on at that location but sometimes they are all good, other times, it'sfrustrating. I think the owner might have been there, maybe the workers felt the pressure while she was there, but it definitelyfelt tense. I would recommend them though. They do have good work ethic. Read more
