If you go during the evening, the entire shift is made up of teens who could care less about their job. They are more concerned... with chatting and cutting up with each other than they are about customer orders. No manager in sight and if there is one, itsprobably one of these kids. The first time I went there, I figured that it was just an off day. Everyone has them. But thesecond time was around the same time of day but months after first visit. Same behavior. Same rudeness. Different teens. Mysecond visit was yesterday around 7pm. I had to announce my presence to order as all backs were turned away from the registers.Then, 30 minutes went by and customers who had ordered after me, got their food. So I had to get the teens' attention to askabout my food. At no point was I told that they were out of soup container lids as I had ordered a soup with my salad. So, sincethey were out of those lids, they wrapped very loose tin foil around my soup. When I got home, my salad container was difficultto use because the soup spilled all over it. Had I known that they were out of lids, I wouldn't have gotten the soup. I loveZoe's but I will not return to this location. If getting good workers means raising the wage here, then they need to do thatbecause the little bit of change these kids make here is not enough for an adult to live on. Because these teens aren'tsurviving off of this money, they do not care about their job and aren't afraid to give you an attitude when you ask where yourfood is when customers who order after you have gotten theirs. This place has tasty, healthy food. In the middle of many fast food places, it is great to have this option. Everything is... usually good. I don't know what happened today but the cashier was rude, didn't seem to want to be there. My plate was servedpretty sloppy with sauce on the edges of the plate. We entered th restaurant and were greeted within an acceptable time. The cashier was friendly, and she informed us she would be... with us shortly. My daughter ordered the steak kabobs meal, and I ordered the falafel meal. The salad was crisp, and thedressing was delicious. The humus wasn't to my liking but the falafel, and it was amazing and full of favor. Read more
I spent a little more than I wanted, but the results I got was with it. The quality and exceptional flavorful dishes was very... nice and inviting. Staff very friendly. My grandson loved the steak kabobs. I had leftovers that were out of this world. Read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I used to LOVE Zoe?s kitchen when I lived in Maryland. I never never had any issues. I recently moved to... Georgia with my family and was so happy to see there was one right across the street from our new area. I must say?. I?m beyonddisappointed. I?m beyond disgusted. I will never spend another dollar at any of the Zoe?s Kitchen?s because of the experience Ireceived at the location at 1630 Scenic Hwy Snellville GA 30078. I ordered a Falafel pita meal. In the middle of eating I had awhole big roach in my sandwich. You couldn?t even miss it!! I freaked out so bad I scared my whole family and the kids werescreaming?. It? was just a bad experience. I did take it back to address and show them in person and they acted like theycouldn?t see a big roach sitting right in my falafel. That just showed there was lack of attention. The manager just said it?s aFalafel Sandwich?. it took her co worker to say its right there!! I?m beyond disappointed. Never thought I had to go this far tomake a comment like this, but it is NOT okay. I posted in the Nextdoor app, and I am not the only complaint for this arealocation. I went to Zoe's kitchen and ordered a collie flower bowl the person told me that she was a manager but they could not accept in... person orders. I told her I did not have online access and would like to place an order she refused to take my order I asked forthe owner's phone number to find out why I cannot be serviced from the women in the store. She gave me a manager's phone numberwho when I called he hung up on me he did not wish to take my complaint right this place is good food just idiots work therethey have no respect for the customers and they are racist. I think they need to fire everyone in that store if you cannot takean in person order for a simple collie flower bowl which is normally like $12 something. The manager that hung up on me needs tobe fired right the manager that refused to take my order at the rest cash restaurant needs to be fired.
