Not much to say besides pathetic ordered curbside through the app waited 30 mins. Nothing tried calling no answer constant... ringing. Pick up was 1255pm the receipt on the bag said food was done at 1:08 pm so I got to enjoy cold over cooked unseasonedfries and a chicken sandwich so rubbery that I thought it was going to squeak. Just picked up food from here from an online order. I placed an order online for 2 hours ahead of my desired pick up time. I... placed it that far in advance because it was 2 family packs so i wanted to give some advance notice. I got there at my pickuptime and the food was not ready and took 30 minutes for the staff to get together. There was no communication from the staff asfor the holdup from when I got there to when I finally got my food. Food overall was okay it was consistent but the lack ofcommunication about the order was a big bummer. I pulled up to his drive-through at 2:06 PM and waited for a very long time I finally left the drive-through and drove around to... go inside when I passed the drive-through window I saw all of the workers huddled up by the window along with the managershaving a casual conversation as all the other drivers sit in line waiting to order only to find out we?re waiting for them tostop having a conversation and actually work . as customers passed in disbelief waiting for the employees to do their job.
