Small hibachi location. Need to upgrade the inside. Sushi tasted just okay.

Took forever to get just some soup while waiting for sushi. When the sushi came out it was warm. Tasted funny, heavily sauced,... maybe the cooler was out, but I didn?t want to take a chance on bad fish. Then I noticed bugs on my roll, fruit flies, anotherindication of spoiling food. Yuck! I?ve been going here for 2 years now. I was referenced by a close friend of mine?s it was the best reference I ever had for a... restaurant. I don?t eat no other hibachi but Yakiniku. Wow, I am visiting Atlanta as I use to live here back in 2014. I use to work at the Petsmart near this restaurant during school... and I would always go in to eat fried rice, volcano roll and a crab cake. Here it is 2022 as I have come to visit and rushed tothis restaurant ?excited to see they were still open?. I ordered my usual and to my pleasure I must say they haven?t lost theirtouch. The food is still amazing. The taste and flavor is still the same; excellent!!! If you order a shrimp fried rice you willbe shocked how much of that heaven they give you. I work in the restaurant industry as I now manage dining venues. I can tellthat the kitchen ensures recipes are thoroughly followed and the company is making sure satisfaction is being met. This place never seems to fail me. I was able to request my favorite server Arcie. He is fun, full of joy and always makes your... visit pleasant. I use to live here and moved back to VA. Upon entry it wasn?t very appealing regarding decor , but the staff Was friendly and we were seated right away , we noticed... everyone that was there were regulars and had been coming for many years and raves about the food and sauces . Our chef wasawesome and funny . Very generous on the sauces . The ginger sauce on steamed rice is delicious everything was soflavorful. Will definitely be back! Read more
