I came to wingstop on September 4th 2022 with some friends after a long 8 hour shift, trying the new sandwich and some wings. To... begin with all the drinks they had was flat, and the ice machine had no ice. Next we waited 45 mins to get our 3 sandwiches and2 combo wings. We had 1 lemon pepper 1 hot and honey and 1 mild. The mild chicken sandwich wasn’t hot and it had no flavor. The lemon pepper chicken sandwich was literally just bread and crunch literally had no flavor. The hot honey sandwich was mostlyjust crunch with no flavor to it the fries are good if you hear good things about them they most likely are true. And my hothoney wings for some reason had a fish taste to them which truly shocked me. The table we was sitting at the ceiling was leakingrigh next to us. There was water droplets coming down. Orders boneless wings and it was not all that great. The chicken was super hard! And the boneless wings weee dry.. I got BBQ and... original hot and very disappointing. I have not ate it in almost 4 years and I guess I should have just kept on.. won’t becoming to order here again. Read more
I came in late to order my food and all I seen was the employees on their phone laughing. As soon as I ordered the lady at the... register seemed as though she was bothered and wasn’t really welcoming. As I was waiting for my food for about 20 minutes theemployees were just standing around as others were waiting for their food as well. I finally got my food and I didn’t have mydrink or the extra sauce I asked for. I told the lady at the register and she rolled her eyes and buffered and came back andjust handed to me in a rudely matter. I can’t lie the food is good it’s just the customer service is horrible at this place.It makes me not want to ever come back. I pray whatever these employees are going through they check it before they come to workbecause it was not a good experience to come in and get greeted so rudely after working a 12 hour shift. I was very disappointed. My fries were overcooked and soft and my wings were tasteless. I ordered it spicy and that they got... right but it was just HEAT - no salt, pepper or seasoning on the meat. I will not return. Read more
As a Phone Technician, I am "SHOCKED!" with the level of disregard some humans take towards others. We strive to live the best... life including zero tolerance to any obstruction. Never would I think wingstop will be up to the task of creating adisappointing experience not to even mention, they don't greet nor smile. You think McDonald's is dirty.....Mcdonalds is likeheaven compared to this wingstop. From exterior to interior, is nothing but dirt and trash in Scenic highway wingstop. I walkedup to an employee separating cooked fries with his hands. I had to tell him to put gloves on. funny alone, NO ONE SAID A WORD. June 13th, 3:45pm, When I was eating, I saw something disturbing. I ask two of my Co workers what they see in my togo plate.They said, " Yo! That's a bug". I took pictures so I can zoom into it on full detail. It was an over cooked bettle with no legs.I went back to the wingstop store, asked to speak to the bald dark manager on duty. I told him what was going on. He replied, "Iam going to break it open so I can see the interior" I said ok. He barely applied any pressure the object shattered into tinypieces. he gave me a straight face saying, " See it's corn, we fry corn everyday " I replied, " I am sorry sir it is definitelya beetle" He started arguing with me affirming it is a corn, If he was so sure then why was it there in the first. ( WHICH MEANSTHEY DON'T CHANGE THEIR OIL REGULARLY) I requested for a refund. He responded, " you already ate the whole fries so what's thepoint of a refund?" Do not order wings from Wingstop Snellville Scenic Hwy N. 2050 Scenic Hwy, Ste C, Snellville, GA . I have ordered wing meals... several times and each time I’m missing items or the food is unsatisfactory. I have called and spoken to associates whoplaced me on hold for long periods and were rude.
