Have experience with the manager no one was at the 1st window went to the 2nd window she yelled it told me to drive back like... she couldn't took my money from the 1st window she was very Rude as she looked like she wanted to fight me so I took my food , I drove off stopped at the gas station right next to them check my food the nuggets weren't done and my chili was watery Chiliis not supposed to be watery I was so disappointed. Wow. Isn?t this Wendy?s new? The drive thru person didn?t even acknowledge me. I had to pull around. The young girl at the first... window was so sweet. The older lady at the second window needs to be fired. She didn?t say hello! She forgot our drink, when Iasked for it she didn?t say 1 word to me. They didn?t have Wendy?s napkins (not a big deal) they didn?t put cheese on thechicken sandwich. That lady and the guy she was talking too completely ignored us. Unbelievable. I found a piece of hair in my fries. I was disgusted. I walked in to show them my fries and they were respectful and offered... great customer service. But then I realized none of the cooks had on hair nets and it made sense why there was hair in my food.I cannot stress the importance of implementing sanitary practices in food service. Please make sure you are constantly changingyour gloves and wear HAIR NETS!!! How is it that even during a pandemic this isn?t practiced in restaurants? So sad. Read more
My worst Wendy's experience so far. At 9:30am I was the only car in the drive thru. Ordered a number 1 and 6. The lady took my... order then asked for me to pull around to the window. At the window she asked if I had a number 3. I had to replace the order.The Frosti-ccino was warm and mostly water. The biscuit for the number 6 was still frozen in the middle. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!! Just unprofessional. Didn?t speak didn?t confirm my order at the drive thru. The only one who was... professional was the older brown skinned gentleman who wore a green shirt. I thought the whole point of baconator fries was having bacon especially when u get charged for extra bacon and cheese but never... receive it. Honestly not the first time they mess up my food or don?t give me proper change. Always mange to mess up my order soyeah I like to stay away from this place. I sat in a drive through for 20 minutes to place a order only for the person that came on to take my order to tell me that had... no reg size cups so I would be charged for a larger drink then told me they also wasn?t taking any more orders in the drivethrough and that I tad to come inside ? I drove around to the window and ask for the manager . A person name Hannah identifiedher self as the manager and basically she told me the same thing ?. And I told her this was unacceptable ?. Her excuse was theywhere short hand. Then I said I understand but there could have been a better way to handle that, in instead of just let peoplesit in the drive through that long only to tell them they have to come inside to place an order !
