This has been long over due but the service has declined so bad. They are now doing that new fast food thing where they have you... park after paying and take at least 8 minutes to bring your food out. One time I was the only car in the line and they asked meto pull into a parking spot and took 10 minutes I was so confused. The staff also lies about running out of food items so theydon?t have to give you extra like pecans or crackers. Nobody who works here wants to be here. And the night crew is even worse Igot a burger with the cheese not even melted.. Just cold. The building has been redone but the staff needs quality controltraining asap. This Wendy?s is extremely rude to their door dashers. Always hateful when you pick up and talks rude. That young girl needs to... be fired or learn some manners which is unlikely. Addressing this with door dash as well as this was not the first time. Read more
The employees joked around with each other and couldn't get the orders right. One customer had her burger with no lettuce but... wanted cheese. The burger came without cheese and instead of fixing her a new one. The preparer just unwraps and placed cheeseon it and returned back. Just unhealthy to do so. Plus another ordered fries only with no salt, but they refused to drop freshfries. He had high blood pressure, but they refused to give him as requested. It?s always a pleasure being served here. But, I?m here today because I witnessed a truck take out your tree. Just in case you... needed it, I added a picture that I took. The driver hit it because they were on the curb, tried to go forward and couldn?t,then had to back up to get the tree unstuck. Read more
I just left this Wendy's at around 9:50pm and the ladies behind the counter were so rude. They were busy flirting with a couple... men in line and got my order completely wrong. When I confronted them about my order being wrong, they proceeded to just stareat me and then continue playing around behind the counter. Terrible customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The crackers are stale, the guy at the drive through was nice, but this one worker, a short white chick had attitude for days.... Since when can?t you add something on your order at the pick up window, especially when there is nobody behind you. Managementcheck your workers. Remind them that customer service is a thing. I ordered bourbon bacon cheeseburger and this is what i got. No crispy onions! Not worth it! I The lady that working today at... the drive thru was so rude/very unprofessional! Jacked up drive through and internal food service and customer service. Nuggets were not hot and stuck together. Hamburger... wasn't hot and appeared to be thrown together with one small, folded in half, piece of lettuce. No spoons forchilli.....terrible experience, hands down. Waited in Drive through for about 30 min total. Speaker screen in drive throughblinking like situation on a horror movie, thus, matching the service. Read more
