Everytime i go to this location hwy 78 lilburn around 5 pm. They never take to go orders or dine in. They really act like us... customers are a inconvenience for them. I think theres a day care in it cause i have seen children there no customers so imassuming they are workers children. Bad experience everytime. Wont go back Read more
I asked 2 cut up chicken patty melt with onion mushrooms and this is what I was served. So not only was I probably up charged... for that but I couldn?t even get the chicken cut up. I tried calling this Waffle House at 6:30 A.M. no one was able to answer the phone but an automated message system told me they... were open. Upon arriving there are two people working when I go in I am told that they are only taking to go orders until morestaff arrives. The female waitress is now playing on her phone which she was doing when I walked in and the cook is prepping forcustomers. Normally the experience is pleasant but for some reason this morning it wasn?t so nice. This women refused to say good morning,... would you like anything or what are you ordering. I walked in the cooler greeted me she was on a call. When she hung up I stoodat the front and she went to have a seats I assumed she was coming back never came back to take my order then as I was leavingthe cooked asked her was she gonna take my order and she didn?t move until I walked out the store that?s when I grabbed thisphone of her.
