This is not my first time at this location. I've came several times before. The service I got today was TERRIBLE!! I can... honestly say, I WON'T come to this location again. This can be the only place open for food and I'll choose to starve. The cookwas TERRIBLE. I was told they call her Q. I sent my hash browns back 3 times and they still were not cooked right. I mean, howhard is that. I asked to speak to the manager, her name was Nicky. It took forever for her to come down with me. She apologized,which is what anyone as a manager would/should do, but honestly I really felt that she didn't care. Long story short, I wasstill charged for me food, the manager didn't even offer to make it right and on the way out the cook was being sarcastic aboutthe situation. Never again. 40 years of eating at Waffle House and all its greatness this particular place is staffed by idiots. Had the worst experience.... Drive past this one and go to the next one. Horrible and clueless staff. Read more
Came in to order breakfast to go. I stood in the correct area for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me, then another 10... minutes before asking to speak to a manager. I will not be back. I understand customer service has gone down the drain, but thisis beyond unexcusable. Read more
We came to Waffle House last night in Snellville and I simply had to leave a review. Josiah was the best server I?ve ever had at... a WaHo. He took amazing care of our party of 7. He was hilarious, energetic at 2am, and provided amazing service. Don?t forgetto tip your server!!! Hope I get the experience again! Read more
Great service today. I went in for a to-go order, Alex (hope I got her name right, new and in training, from what I can see... under her hat, she has dark hair with purple chunky highlights), she took my order. Alex was great and really trying to get itall right. Nicky, Manager, was training her with a smile and encouragement! When/where does that happen?! Last time I was thereI was assisted by Howard, also a manager. He was professional and kind too.
