I always get made fun of because my friends know I've never ate at Texas Roadhouse. Now I can say I have! The steak is AMAZING... I got the porter steak and this price is so good and worth every penny. The service was excellent. Atmosphere is on point andyou can tell that the staff works and just not existing. We came here after picking peaches and other fruits from Southern BelleFarm. We were not dressed up! Lol I was a little embarrassed until I saw others were in work out attire as well. My husband and I been coming to this place. It’s not perfect by all means! However…. The dinner roll is always fresh and... delicious!!! My chicken was tasty, juicy and tender! My friend and I traveled 25 minutes to this location. Upon entering, the atmosphere was uninviting and I wish we would've left... then and there! There was a 30 minute wait. We thought the wait was well worth it being that we'd receive their incrediblefresh bread with cinnamon butter shortly after being seated!!! We were first directed to seating at the front of the restaurantaway from the dining area and directly beside the front doors. We asked to be moved and our host apologized and quickly sat usat one of many open tables. Just before being seated we were told that they had run out of bread!! After deliberating we decidedto stay because we were very hungry. Our waitress asked if we wanted appetizers and we attempted to order tato skins and we weretold that, they too were out! We then decided on Rattle snake bites. When they came out, they were cold to the touch and thewaitress agreed once she took them back. At this point there was clearly a pattern and we asked what dinner items were 86'd/outof and we were told 8 oz salmon, porter house, burgers, and pulled pork. We then decided to leave and were not charged for thebites. I totally understand running out of items due to logistical or supply issues due to Covid or the lack of employees, butwhat I cannot excuse is the lack of communication and professionalism by management and staff. When we were entered theestablishment there where 3 hosts at the host stand, none of which alerted us to half of the menu being unavailable. We cameacross a rude manager several times who had the opportunity to lighten our experience but chose not to. Farrah, was our server. A wonder employee ... who made our experience ... fantastic. Very professional and made us feel at home.... We recently relocated from Virginia and, we normally don't receive, the quality of service and the level of expectation, withour first visit to places. BUT, I have to tell you/everyone, that the food was Amazing! From the rolls, to the cactus blossom,to the Caesar salad, to the grilled shrimp, to the prime rib and loaded baked potato/mashed potatoes. The green beans ... (notthe green beans that you normally get from other places...that taste undercooked and like grass) these were seasoned andprepared to perfection, and the raspberry tea to wash it all down. First time here & I love it! My boyfriend ordered the T-bone steak with broccoli & loaded mashed potatoes and he left the plates... clean! Great service from Ashlyn. They were crowded but we did not wait long on drinks, appetizers or food. Mgmt checked the tables.... Just make sure your entire party is present or you will not be seated nor can you add your name to the wait list. We willdefinitely be returning! Read more
We joined the waitlist online so we didn’t have to wait when we got there. The hostess was friendly as well as our waitress.... The food was good. The bread with the cinnamon butter is amazing! I got the sirloin with ribs, fries and a loaded sweet potato.I asked for a medium well and I liked the way it came out. It was well seasoned and I didn’t need to add salt and pepper. Iwas not a fan of the ribs. It felt like they needed more sauce and overall not as good as I expected. The fries are good and theloaded sweet potato was amazing! The chilli was an appetizer but wasn’t as good 3/5. The drink I got was the key limemargarita which was awesome! The mashed potatoes were bland and the bbq grilled chicken was ok. Read more
Omg the rolls here!!!! Yes their food is good and the server was amazing! She literally read our minds when we needed something... and came before we even asked! But. The rolls!!!!! I’d be happy just coming here and eating just rolls. Read more
